RCB’s journey and squad in IPL so far

RCB has good batsmen, in some seasons they have been the best batsmen. Virat Kohli has been playing for RCB since the beginning. I would like to tell you that Virat is one of the most man of the match in IPL. AB de Villiers has played 11 seasons and Chris Gayle has played 7 seasons.

These three batsmen can win matches played together from 2011-2017. During this time, they played excellent partnerships in many seasons. RCB always had issues with the team’s capability. Usually, they don’t face issues related to quality and partner batsmen. But there has always been a debate on selecting all-rounders and bowlers for the team.

Zaheer Khan, Tim Southee, and Dale Steyn could not replicate the magic of international performances with their IPL franchises. Vinay Kumar and Mohammed Siraj have performed well in individual matches, but there was no very dangerous or consistent match-winning performance.

Harshal Patel is RCB’s fast bowler who has performed well in many seasons. RCB also does not have a very dangerous and match-winning spinner bowler.

Yuzvendra Chahal has played more than 7 seasons and has taken many wickets. Anil Kumble tried a lot in the initial seasons. But even champion bowlers like Muralitharan and Daniel Vettori did not bring much success to the team.
